step can do more damage to the knee. As with someone with a history of heart problems, take heed and check with the
doctor before starting a regime with the exercise step. Even someone that is just starting a fitness program, or
has been inactive for a long time check with your doctor first.
There are many fitness centers around now that offer aerobics with the exercise step as one of the routines.
There are also exercise step programs on television and online as well. If wanting to be with a group of
people or just staying home the exercise step is a great way to start your exercise program. Exercise can be boring
for sure, so add some kinky music while you workout.
There are places where you can buy an exercise step and they come in different heights, styles and colors. Some
come with the layers that you can add or take away, depending on the level you are at.
